On Monday, Integrity Sports Agency awarded North Carolina’s Armando Bacot as the East Region Player of the Week for his outstanding performances in the first two rounds of this year’s NCAA Tournament.

Bacot led the Tar Heels to wins over No. 9 seed Marquette and No. 1 seed Baylor, scoring 17 and 15 points in the two games, respectively. Against Baylor, he grabbed 16 rebounds, which was the 15th time this season that he has hauled in at least 13 boards.

Bacot and the Heels will now take on UCLA in the Sweet 16 on Friday night, with the chance to move on to the Elite Eight.
