MOT - I can't book my MOT as I'm not sure when my MOT is due
Warranty - Do I have to take my car to the Dealership for maintenance to avoid losing my warranty?
No! Independent garages are allowed to carry out maintenance on your vehicle. At Omnius Automotive, we always follow your manufacturer’s maintenance schedule to ensure your warranty remains valid. We provide a more personal experience than a dealership and at a much lower price too without affecting the quality of our service!
Leased Car - My car is leased, am I still responsible for maintenance?
Yes, even if you lease a vehicle, you are still responsible for any repairs and maintenance that may be required. Check your owners manual for further information or feel free to come and visit us at Omnius, where we would be happy to discuss your vehicle’s required service schedule with you.
Check Engine Light - The check engine light has come on - what should I do?
Sometimes, the check engine light can be there to tell you there is a major fault, however it is also possible that there’s just a minor issue. We recommend getting in touch with us right away on 01324 814 202 so we can book you in, run a quick diagnostic check and find out what is causing the problem.
Cost - How much will I be charged for a service?
Servicing prices vary by vehicle based on a number of factors, including but not limited to the make and model of your car (the manufacturer sets out the service schedule), the age/mileage (certain parts require replacement after a certain amount of time/mileage) and the condition of your car.
